impactvise AG, the data analytics platform providing legal-sector-specific environmental, social, and environmental (“ESG”) data, sustainability training, and strategic advisory services to law firms and in-house legal departments, today announced the appointment of Joerg Ruetschi to its Strategic Advisory Board. Mr. Ruetschi, who served as Member of the Board since impactvise’s launch, will be transitioning from his role as Lead Incubator to join PwC veteran and founding Strategic Advisory Board member Stephen O’Hearn to build out a team that represents decades of experience in digital transformation, data analytics, and operational excellence.

Mr. Ruetschi is founder and CEO of Evolve Enterprise Solutions (EES), an independent platform for entrepreneurial and special situations at the intersection of finance, technology, and operational change, where he oversees the incubations and growth trajectories of companies specialising in AI. In addition to his role at impactvise, he currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Cosaic, the US software firm focused on data visualisation and interoperability solutions for financial institutions. Previous stints include leading several restructuring/transformation mandates with financial institutions Booz & Company (now Strategy& as part of the PwC network) and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Ruestschi holds a PhD in Finance and the Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designations.
