Zug, Switzerland - November 17, 2021 - impactvise AG, the provider of ESG analytics, training, and strategic advisory services for the legal market, today announced the formation of the impactvise Strategic Advisory Board, with PricewaterhouseCoopers veteran Stephen O’Hearn appointed as its founding Member.

impactvise created a strategic advisory board to support the company’s long-term goals, most especially in evaluating growth opportunities, developing its user base and offerings, and integrating sustainable management at every juncture. With its inaugural INSEAD training course now open for registration for the January 2022 term, a growing advisory business with Ampersand Partners, and the imminent rollout of the AI-driven analytics dashboard, impactvise will benefit from key external guidance for strategy, governance, risk management, and leadership development that the advisory board will provide.

 

As the impactvise Strategic Advisory Board’s founding member, Mr. O’Hearn will serve as a trusted voice with the business acumen required to guide impactvise’s next stage of development. In his nearly 40 year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”), Mr. O’Hearn served as the Global Leader of the Insurance Practice from 2015-2020, as well as a member of PwC’s extended global leadership team. A certified public accountant, Mr. O’Hearn brings a wealth of experience in finance, risk, and regulatory topics, as well as within the realms of digital transformation, data analytics, and operational excellence. A member of several boards, among them the Board of Directors of Reinsurance Group of America (NYSE:RGA), Mr. O’Hearn has firsthand experience in steering how companies thoughtfully evolve.
